With reference to your Confidential despatch of 26th

November and your despatch No. 440 of 31st October,

approve action taken on Sunning Piracy Report.

Majesty will not be advised to disallow Suppression of

Piracy amendment Ordinance 1927 and proclamation may

issue undersection §. Following suggestions made for your
